I engaged Cynthia based on her responsiveness, good ideas, and her record in NYC real estate. The day she launched the listing ended up being one of the worst days in stock market history and the beginning of the long Covid-19 ordeal and a terrible time to sell in NYC. It was a beautiful apartment but it was on the ground floor, had a higher than average maintenance, and a few other aspects that made it challenging. But Cynthia met those challenges with determination, patience, and positivity.
The whole ordeal took a year and a half and involved 4 different potential buyers, including one that went all the way through the board approval process and was turned down. But Cynthia kept whacking the obstacles out of the way like Wonder Woman, and finally found the buyers she recognized as the ones we had been waiting for all along.
